Who is the Refined Woman?

The woman who was broken, persecuted, diminished, lost, traumatized physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. The woman who had gone through the hell of this world fighting for her family, for her peace, for her strength, for herself. She’s the woman who thought she lost all hope when the fire was turned to the highest temperature and was about to throw in the towel.

The Refined Woman is the woman who had gone through every test of her faith, trust, confidence, and prevailed. The Refined Woman is the woman who had given all she had with little to no sight of a blessing. The Refined Woman is the woman who has flaws, but she seeks the One who can purify her, she seeks the One who can restore her, she seeks the One who can make her whole, she seeks the REFINER. The Refined Woman is YOU.

“See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.”

Isaiah 48:10 NIV

Unwavering Faith

Trusting Jesus is so dope and honestly…very doable, when things aren’t THAT bad. Like maybe you want a BETTER job, but you have a job. Maybe you want ANOTHER baby, but you have a beautiful baby. Maybe you want something and may even deserve something, but it’s not like you’re dying, right?

But when life knocks the wind out of you, a bomb drops that shatters your reality, that same trust in Jesus suddenly seems ridiculous. It turns to panic, fear, hopelessness and sometimes doubt… feeling like He actually DOESNT hear you or see you all along. Have I just been talking to myself this whole time? How stupid could I be to actually believe He would save me from this?

Lord help us to trust You even when our world is crashing down, in flames, with no help in sight. Help us to STILL thank You, and listen for Your voice. I really do believe that’s when You do Your most impressive work. Cuz after all, You demand Your glory. Nothing in Heaven or earth could ever stop that. And nothing is too difficult for You or out of Your reach. Teach us that today Father. And show us some extra love and comfort in the mean time. In Jesus name, Amen

Always Press Forward

In a world that often feels heavy with challenges and setbacks, the call to “press forward” is not just a motivational statement—it’s a divine charge. Yesterday may have been filled with tears, struggles, or even victories, but today is a new opportunity. It’s an invitation to rise above, to walk boldly in the purpose God has planted within you, and to claim the promises He has already spoken over your life.

When we reflect on our journey, we often find moments where the weight of the past holds us back, whispering lies of inadequacy or fear of failure. But here’s the truth: God’s mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). He doesn’t call us to stay stuck in yesterday. Instead, He equips us to break free and press forward into a brighter tomorrow.

Pressing Forward Requires Faith

To press forward, we must first acknowledge who we are in Christ. You are not forgotten, overlooked, or undervalued. You are chosen. You are loved. And you are equipped for every battle and every season. Faith becomes the fuel for your forward motion. It’s the belief that God is working, even when we can’t see it, and the assurance that He will never leave or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Pressing forward means stepping out of your comfort zone, leaving behind the familiar shelf of convenience and trusting God to guide you into the unknown. Each step of faith unlocks the next level of God’s plan for your life.

Overcoming the Barriers

We all face “destiny blockers” along the way—fear, doubt, comparison, and even the opinions of others. But these barriers cannot stand when we anchor ourselves in God’s promises. Declare over your life today:

  • Fear is not my portion. God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

  • I am a daughter of the King. My value comes from Him, not from the world’s standards.

  • God’s plans for me are good. I will walk boldly, knowing He has a purpose for my life (Jeremiah 29:11).

The Joy of Pressing Forward

There is joy in knowing that each step you take brings you closer to the fulfillment of God’s promises. The enemy may try to discourage you, but remember: the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Laugh at the enemy’s lies, and walk boldly into your divine purpose with confidence and grace.

A Final Word of Encouragement

As Pastor Janice Goree-Butler so beautifully declared in her last her blog, you are the apple of God’s eye. You are not defined by the struggles of yesterday but by the victories God has already ordained for your future. Lift your head high, put on the garments of strength and honor, and move forward with unwavering faith.

Your purpose is waiting. Will you press forward and claim it?

A Prayer for Today

Heavenly Father, thank You for the fresh mercies You grant us each day. Help us to release the weight of yesterday and step boldly into the plans You have for us. Strengthen our faith, renew our minds, and ignite our passion to walk in our divine purpose. May we face each challenge with courage and each victory with humility, always trusting in Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Now, dear sister, take a deep breath, lace up your spiritual running shoes, and get ready to embrace the beautiful future God has for you. Let’s keep pressing forward!

Activate Your Power! Prayer For You!

Don’t Let Today Be The Same As Yesterday Always Press Forward

A Prayer For You

I am speaking the blessings of our beloved king over your life, not only

For today but for days to come.

Father, we thank you that we can never go too far because your amazing grace always shows up like a light in our darkest hour. We can be lost never lose because your word and your love prevents us from losing our way. You have promised us that "your word is a lamp for our feet and a light on our path." when we feel defeated we are reminded that "greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world." sometimes we become blinded by the pain and heartache this world shows, but we realize that we must

Keep our eyes on you at all times.

We declare and decree that fear is not our portion and your word has already established our victory; for you are our light and salvation, and we will not fear life's circumstances. We choose to wait on you for our deliverance. We will not fear about the future because according to jeremiah 29:11, "you know the plans you have for us, plans to prosper us and

Not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future."

Father, there has been times when we could not hold our heads up because of life experiences that left us traumatized. It seems as if all was lost but

Even in that you gave your daughters a crown of beauty instead of ashes. You have heard our cries during the midnight hours and have seen us when we were invisible to others. Therefore, we declare strength and honor to be our clothing, and we will laugh in the face of

The enemy when he tries to steal our identity.

We declare and decree we are daughters of the king of heaven's armies and we will not allow the "destiny blocker" to deem us

As being weak and under valued. We are the apple of your eye!

Daughters of the most high god i declare this blessing

Over you every day of your lives. I decree you are activated to walk in your divine purpose!

"the lord bless you and keep you; the lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the lord turn his face toward you and give you peace." amen

Numbers 6:24-26

May god continue to bless you richly!
